Why do so many beginners start yoga and then disappear? đŸ€”

Why do so many beginners start yoga
 and quietly quit weeks later?

Here is my latest Instagram Reel.

It’s not the poses. It’s the missing crystal ball 🔼

We need to know the “after” is worth it. So I asked ChatGPT what actually happens if you just keep showing up - one gentle class a week - for the next couple of years.

The answer was so clear and "un-fluffy" I saved it: (Ai loves a bit of fluff).

↓ resting heart rate & blood pressure goes down 💖

↓ chronic stress, anxiety, inflammation all go down 😖

↑ deeper sleep, mood stability, and better memory 😮

↑ pain-free back, calmer nervous system, higher resilience (all measurable, all cumulative, all from “just one class a week”) 🧠

Lao Tzu was right: Nature never rushes, yet everything is accomplished.

You’ve already done the hardest part. You started once. Some of you even survived 4 weeks with me in the beginners course. The rest is just keeping the promise to your future self, quieter, stronger self.

One class this week. That’s all the crystal ball is asking for.

Your mat’s waiting. Just come back when you’re ready đŸ™đŸŸ

I won't ask where you have been. Just nervously walk past me like everyone else does 😏
