The following is extracted from a book I will probably never finish. I was going to call it Yoga is Dead. As in, it must be reborn without the contamination of man. Although some people argue that The Grumpy Yogi's Guide to Enlightenment works too 🤔

Flow yoga gets a bad reputation, some of it deserved. But mapped against the psychological flow state, discovered by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the name starts to make a lot more sense.

The goal in 2026 shouldn't be the accumulation of knowledge, but the ability to discriminate between truth and fiction. Namaskar Zahir
