Purchase Terms & Conditions

We kindly ask you to take a moment to review our purchase terms:

  • All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a booking, a credit will be issued, provided the cancellation is made within our 4-hour cancellation window.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. For those on a monthly pass, any missed class that is not canceled within this window will incur a drop-in fee.

  • Please be aware of the expiration dates on class cards. A 10-class card is valid for 2 months. As a family-run studio, extending these expiration dates is not financially feasible. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

  • For those on the 1x Class per Week option, please note that the allowance is for one class per week. Missed classes cannot be carried over to subsequent weeks.
