This 4-week' Introduction to Yoga' course is the ideal (but not the only) way to begin your Yoga practice and discover Yoga in a safe and fun environment. This course is perfect for beginners, anyone suffering with Back Pain and also suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of Yoga.

You will leave feeling confident enough to participate in any of the mixed-ability classes on our schedule.

The cost of the 4-week course is £60

The course is run Tuesday nights at 8 pm and at the same time every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE -

1 - Please bring your own yoga mat or yoga towel to place over the yoga mat we provide. This is a hygiene requirement.

2 - The temperature in our studio usually varies from 24-28 degrees Celcius.
