Understanding Yin
Module 1: What makes a practice Yin?
We begin with the defining characteristics of Yin and the intention behind the practice. You’ll explore how to honour its roots while finding your own voice as a teacher.
Module 2: Making sense of the body
Before asking someone to settle into a pose, it helps to understand the body. I’ll walk you through the brain, nervous system and basic physiology, explaining the science in everyday language.
