I've been a personal trainer for 25 years, and here's what I've learned: the body you neglect in your 40s becomes the prison you live in at 60. I work with people over 40 in a private, distraction-free environment. No gym crowds. No distractions. Just focused work that matters. We build real-world strength with kettlebells. We weave in yoga that creates control and connection, not flexibility contests. We address nutrition in ways that work for your actual life.

I only work with people who can commit to at least once per week (minimum), £50 per session, paid monthly in advance. Not because I'm inflexible, but because real change requires real consistency. The people who invest this way are the ones who completely transform their next 20, 30, 40 years.
My 25 years have taken me from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to the London School of Osteopathy. From boxing gyms and kettlebell certifications to yoga, breathwork, and the science of aging. I've studied ancient wisdom and modern longevity research. And it all points to the same truth: your body will either carry you forward or hold you back. That decision is being made right now, in the habits you keep or break.
