Personal Training for Longevity
Strength that lasts. Health that carries you forward.
This isn’t quick-fix fitness. It’s not about body fat percentages or 8-week transformations. It’s about building something real and resilient—strength that will still serve you at 80. Breath that calms you. Joints that move freely. A mind that’s steady, sharp, and rooted in purpose.
I work with people—mostly over 40—who’ve come to realise that true health isn’t found in punishing workouts or calorie counts. It’s found in rhythm. In consistency. In building the kind of body that can carry you through the next chapter of life—not just looking fit, but being functional, durable, and alive.
We train in a quiet, focused space. Just you and me. No gym chaos. No distractions. A private appointment in a bespoke environment, where we can tune in and get to work.
We lift kettlebells. We build real-world strength. We breathe with awareness, train the nervous system, recover better, and work on posture, balance, and energy. There’s yoga woven in—not the kind that demands flexibility, but the kind that builds connection and control. There’s nutritional guidance that makes sense for your life. And there's space for you to simply feel human again.
This is not just personal training. It’s a serious wellbeing commitment. I only work with people who can train at least once per week, paid monthly in advance at £50 per session. Not to be rigid—but because that’s the kind of consistency that actually changes lives.
My own path has taken me from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to the London School of Osteopathy. From boxing gyms and kettlebell training to yoga and breathwork. From the ancient science of prāṇa to modern research on aging, mobility, and brain health. And what I’ve learned is simple: longevity isn’t found in extremes. It’s found in balance. In how we move, how we eat, how we breathe, and how we show up—week after week, year after year.
If that resonates, I’m here.

In the video below also on our YouTube channel, I share how I train at 46 to stay strong, mobile, and present—not just for myself, but for the people I love. It’s not about ego or aesthetics. It’s about having the energy to be a better dad, a better partner, and to meet life’s challenges head-on.
In the video below, you’ll see me guiding my wife, Laura Akram, through a simple strength routine that supports her yoga—not replaces it. Because strength training should never take away from what you love. It should make sure you can keep doing it for years to come.
