Zahir has over 18 year's experience in personal training and possesses a number of qualifications in human biomechanics, anatomy & physiology, sports Injuries as well as advanced personal training. Zahir is currently studying for his degree in Osteopathy.
As well as practising yoga, Zahir lifts Kettlebells and enjoys Boxing. Both of which he employs to help his clients move and feel better.
