Private tuition/personal training is not just limited to the practice of yoga. If you wish to lose weight, tone muscles or rehabilitate after an injury, Zahir can help you achieve your goal.
Zahir has over 15 year's experience in personal training and possesses a number of qualifications in human biomechanics, anatomy & physiology, sports Injuries as well as advanced personal training.
As well as practising yoga, Zahir lifts Kettlebells and enjoys Boxing. Both of which he employs to help his clients move and feel better.
Whatever your goal, Zahir will happily support you in the best way possible.
Laura has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has previous experience in martial arts (tae kwondo, aikido, ju jitsu), dance and gymnastics. She is passionate about use of movement and breath to improve physical and emotional wellbeing and is over half way through a her yoga therapy training with the Minded Institute, which focuses on yoga for mental health and non-communicable disease.
Laura is also qualified in pregnancy yoga and has recently become a mum herself to baby Zachary. Her approach is disciplined and challenging but with light heartedness and humour.
