Escape the chaos and embark on a transformative journey at our Yoga Retreat at the Paradis Plage Yoga shala in Taghazout, Morocco.

Paradis Plage is one of the first eco-resorts in Morocco, and we are excited to be hosting in a country close to our hearts and one we have been visiting for several years.

 

This yoga retreat is suitable for levels and will be guided by 3 teachers, Laura, Lynn and Zahir, each bringing their own individual style through a combination of dynamic flow, restorative yin, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy in the beautiful beachside Shala (see pics from our last visit in the gallery below).

 

A typical day will consist of a morning practice, a delicious breakfast, free time, a late afternoon workshop, restorative practice, and sunset meditation.

 

With plenty of free time, you can relax pool or beachside, indulge in the onsite spa, visit the fitness centre, or enjoy the open-air cinema. For those more adventurous, you may wish to surf, haggle at the local market, or visit Paradise Valley.

Breakfast and dinner are provided. Enjoy delicious, healthy, nourishing food, fuelling our body and mind with locally sourced and wholesome ingredients that refresh and revitalise you.
