Akram Yoga is an independent hot yoga studio at 157 Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, voted Yoga Studio of the Year 2024 by Om Yoga Magazine. We've been teaching in Addlestone since 2013, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Our weekly timetable runs hot yoga, Hatha and Yin classes throughout the week, alongside a dedicated 5-week Beginners Course for anyone starting from scratch. Every class is led by qualified, experienced instructors, many trained through our own 300-hour teacher training programme, so you're always taught by someone who understands the practice in depth, not just the poses.
