Five days of movement, breath, and health — stripped of distraction. From hiking the coastline to climbing sand dunes, from daily strength training to group personal training sessions, this retreat blends discipline with simplicity. Mornings begin with yoga. Afternoons dive into strength-based yoga workshops and mindful conditioning. No alcohol. No sugar. Just clean eating, clean living, and the kind of structure your body’s been craving.

Highlights -
9am - Early Morning Yoga Class
11am - Breakfast (or intermittant fast)
Free Time
Afteroon - free time on Beach or some days there will be Hikes and a trip to the sand dunes.
Early evening workout at the outdoor gym. Weights / Circuits / Boxing
730pm - Dinner (no desserts!)
The food wont be vegan just for clarity. You can eat what you want for dinner :)

With over 25 years of experience in health and fitness, Zahir is a personal trainer, boxing coach, and yoga teacher who believes discipline and simplicity are the most underrated tools for healing.
