This 200 hour course is run one weekend per month for 10 months and is fully accredited by the Yoga Alliance UK.

meet the faculty
Senior Teacher
Christine Felix
Chris uses her 15+ years of teaching experience to cover the entire spectrum of the course as well as provide an insight into the Sutras of Patanjali and the theory behind Bandhas, Kriyas and Mudras.
Chris will also run the following modules - The art of adjustments, Meditation, the principles behind Pranayama and the practicalities of becoming a yoga teacher.
Yoga Therapist - Laura Akram
Laura will teach Advanced poses, help us better understand the complexities of the Nervous System and give general guidance throughout the course.
Laura will also assist in breaking down the poses of yoga each week.
Laura is a fully a qualified Yoga Therapist as recognised by the Minded Institute.
Zahir Akram
Winner of the award for the best Yoga teacher in Surrey 2019, Zahir teaches the anatomy sections of the course and helps us understand how to apply the understanding of anatomy to our poses.
Zahir is also the author of; 'Yoga - Madness or Meditation?' which is part of the reading list.
Zahir is currently studying for his degree in Osteopathy.

The total cost of the course is £2900.00
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to reserve your space on the programme.

The programme is held at the Akram Yoga Studio in Addlestone, Surrey, KT13 0XN, UK.
There is on-site parking available on a first come first serve basis.

Our teacher training programme is fully accredited by the Yoga Alliance UK who are one of the two governing bodies for yoga teachers in the UK.
