Whether you are a beginner who is keen to learn the basics of yoga or a regular ‘yogi’ who is keen to focus on a particular aspect of your practice, a One-2-One session is an excellent way to achieve this at your own pace and at a time that suits you.
The best thing about a One-2-One is that it is bespoke, ie personally created for your needs and your body. Remember we are all unique and our bodies should be treated as such, especially if you have an injury that requires attention.
A One-2-One can help build confidence and ensure you are practising safely.
Private tuition is not just limited to the practice of yoga. If you wish to lose weight, tone muscles or rehabilitate after an injury, Zahir can help you achieve your goal.
Zahir has over 12 year's experience in personal training and has a number of qualifications in Biomechanics and Injuries. He will happily support you in the best way possible.
A single session cost just £50. The One-2-One is non-heated.
A block of 5 x 1 hour sessions / £220
A block of 10 x 1 hour sessions / £450
