Embarrassingly, that is me on the left. I say embarrassingly because I look like a poser. But that really isn't my intention. I have this image as the cover because I wish to show you that this programme really works.

I am calling this programme 'getting ripped' as that is the weights room name for this type of goal, but the technical term is 'body recomposition'. That is.. losing body fat, but putting on muscle at the same time. Sounds contradictory and you will find many people tell you that you simply can't do this.

You see, the basic laws of building muscle tell us that for your muscles to build (hypertrophy), you need to be in a calorie surplus. That is eat more calories than you consume. To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. That is eating fewer calories than your body has become accustomed to.

So then how is body recomposition achieved?

The way out of this maze of confusion is to follow a very specific format that is based on science and research. The thousands of hours of research will tell us exactly how to train and how to achieve the body we desire. This 12-week programme is available for you. All you have to do is follow it and the accompanying guidance religiously.

To achieve your goal of building lean muscle you also need something else that unfortunately I cannot help you with. It is plastered on my studio wall. The 3 words. You need to be Dedicated. Determined. And Driven.

If hand on heart you are all 3. How can you fail to achieve your goal?
