Knowing what is the correct way to train can become an agonising as well as an expensive past time. In the word of influencers, everyone is trying to sell us a body. A body which in so many cases is enhanced using performance drugs. You know the ones. You also see many of them in your gym. Shoulders too big for their bodies. Back muscles completely out of proportion and how about the big red spots on their backs?

I have no issue with people taking short cuts. People are free to do what they wish their own bodies. The problem I have is when they sell their programmes to young naive lifters. A naive lifter can go from one steroid-enhanced jabroni to another and train the way they do and never see results. They then follow 'programmes' sold by Instagram influencers which don't follow any scientific principles. The young lifter is again out of pocket and still hasn't seen any gains. This is the harsh reality for someone new to lifting weights who is simply seeking direction.

The way out of this maze of confusion is to follow a very specific format that is based on science and research. The thousands of hours of research will tell us exactly how to train and how to achieve the body we desire. This 12-week programme is available for you. All you have to do is follow it and the accompanying guidance religiously. 

To achieve your goal of building lean muscle you also need something else that unfortunately I cannot help you with. It is plastered on my studio wall. The 3 words. You need to be Dedicated. Determined. And Driven.
